Well, Yes, we did go to Chicago for Thanksgiving this year. So, what do you think the girls favorite part was? You got it! Aunt Wendy and Uncle Trent's dog Sasha! Here are some pictures of them with Sasha (who really was a very sweet and well behaved dog- as you can see for these pictures! I do have some other pictures I just haven't loaded them onto my computer just yet, but I will soon! In the meantime enjoy these ones! Oh, yea! Thank you Wendy for these pictures!! I really appreciate them!

Yum! Cotton Candy!
Well, We went to Sea World! We had tons of fun and did a lot. We saw some shows and a baby penguin (see the fluffy bird among the penguins) and fed the dolphins and saw the Clydesdale's, and watched the sharks, and got to see a baby beluga (sorry- I couldn't get a good picture of that- we only saw it during a show and we were really to far back and didn't realize what it was until to late). We rode some rides (Savannah got upset at Grant because he made her go on the Steel Eel.)
Hi everyone! Here are the girls Halloween costumes! So, aren't they adorable? Or should I say "enchanting?" They are enchantresses (I think!?) Anyway, I think they turned out pretty well.
Mikayla with her Birthday gift from her Aunt Kimi! Isn't it cute? Kimi made it and Mikayla loves her 'baby' bear (her name for Care Bears) pillow. (My apologies to Kimi- I had this but it wasn't off the camera yet and I just remembered to put it up!)
We went to Utah for the summer and were kept very busy! So I decided to start sharing some of what we did. Here are some pictures from the start (the first week). This week wasn't quite as busy as the rest of the summer (I think because it was spent in prep for the rest of the summer!!!) Anyway, it was fun as you can see. We went to my Grandpa's work picnic (the girls love doing things with Grandpa!!!) We also got to go see Aunt Kimi's new house. The girls loved exploring and playing in the house and the backyard!
Oh, yes this is the beginning of summer (the second week of June!) Yes it was pretty darn cool! We were used to the hot weather of Texas and weren't quite prepared for the cold! But... we survived! It was kind of nice to have a bit of relief from the heat, really! It did get warmer. Later.
Whoa! can you believe I'm actually posting? I can't! Well, we have had a busy busy summer, but it was tons of fun! We went to Utah to visit my family for the summer and we also got to visit Chicago! I have lots of pictures that I'm going to start putting up, but I don't think that I will be able to do much of that tonight seeing as it is almost 12:30 am while I'm writing this! I thought, however, that I would put up a few little things from Mikayla's birthday, since we just celebrated it today (or I guess you would say it was yesterday if you wanted to get technical!) Anyway, so here they are. Enjoy, and I'll attempt to get more up about our summer!
